Contactfile has a host of features which makes it very useful for lead management. The project management tool helps to plan and manage any new campaigns with ease. It also has a sales pipeline management which stands out from other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. It is currently only compatible with Windows and does not support macOS at this time.
2. The user interface is dated and in need of an update.
3. In addition to this, the assistance provided by the customer care technician is frequently late. Priority support requires the provision of a dedicated account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
