Contactbox CRM is designed by the company base-t. base-t attaches particular importance to security, protection of personal data and national and EU data protection. Contactbox is the CRM for SMEs. Whether cloud or on-premise, with a focus on data protection and the classic table design, it offers functions to take your own customer approach to a new level without overburdening employees. For example, data can be enriched using Excel lists and contacts can be synchronized with other existing systems. Contactbox CRM comes in different packages - whether free Contactbox.free for associations & start-ups or Contactbox.pro for established companies. In close cooperation with our customers, we help to adapt the CRM to the respective processes of the customers and to continuously improve it. In this way, Contactbox remains industry-independent. Our customers include car dealerships, architects, social services and public institutions. The Contactbox servers are located in the Ruhr area and are operated CO2-neutrally.

**What do you like best about CONTACTBOX?**

I think it has amazing contact and account management. The support provided is commendable. The graphics make pipeline management very efficient and simple. Its email marketing tools are up to date.

**What do you dislike about CONTACTBOX?**

The marketing ROI measurement and analytics could've been better. It doesn't have the capabilities of social media management. I would've wanted to have an option of a trial as well.

**What problems is CONTACTBOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feed in the leads manually, follow up on the status using the pipeline. Manage email campaigns proactively and try to analyze the ROIs of the collective campaigns run.
