**What do you like best about contactSPACE?**

Agility
Customisation of Interfaces
Easy to understand 
Admin and Caller friendly
Easy to build campaigns
Great support from IT and Customer Success
Ticket portal / Helpdesk
Support website

**What do you dislike about contactSPACE?**

I would like to see customisable reporting, the reporting is exactly what you need, I just always want more and am very data driven. 

Other than that, any changes I would suggest are personal and nothing that should detract from using it.
