As an IT Manager, I value the speed and accuracy of the tech support team on those rare occasions when it's needed. We're able to generate a new price book every quarter with minimal IT effort. There are limitations on characters used in part names that have caused minor inconveniences. Restarting the application can cause users to lose certain preferences for how screens are laid out. The application requires a lot of memory (160+GB) per server, in a multi-server configuration. It's right on the border as to whether to use physical or virtual machines. PROS allows me to do my job more efficiently by giving me the tools needed to perform. For the most part, using lookup and price lists is quick and intuitive.
