# How will Pros continue to function with the loss off Flash at the end of 2020?

Our current user experience has been built around using Flash. At the end of 2020 Flash will not be supported anymore. How do you think pros and the user experience will work without using flash?

Thanks for asking! Our CPQ solution does not leverage Adobe Flash and so you will be good to go well past the end of this year for that solution! On the Pricing side, PROS has been working on our “New Experience” since the start of 2017 when we first released the Master Price List. The New Experience is implemented without any usage of Adobe Flash and encompasses the functionality of our Insights and Control solutions. We have been working with our customers to have a seamless transition to the New experience. Beyond just converting away from usage of Adobe Flash, PROS took this opportunity to dramatically improve the user interface – improving usability, response time, and collaboration capabilities. There is a lot of great documentation on shifting your usage to and taking advantage of the New Experience and it’s available to all of our current customers on the PROS Connect portal (connect.pros.com).
