It was mainly due to complex URLs used in outbound messages. Some that require HTML and some that have a user interface. Conga Composer is the easiest to use and has the most robust toolkit. It is on the pricier side, but I have found them to be willing to discuss pricing based on the client's needs especially when it comes to not for profits. Importing Reports in the conga was one of the best things. We could have created our own report and added that into conga. Further we can add the conga solution on a button of specific record type in object which makes it easy for us to generate document of different type for different record type. Easy to configure but a bit confusing while integrating with the existing sever. query builder part is really helpful as we can select the master object and the child object, followed by selecting fields which can be later added into the template. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** Sometimes the template builder does not function as expected, and we are required to re-open the same.
