The estimates were reasonable. Then they proceeded to create milestones and sprints. As far as technical skills, they can handle it. Everyday I received an update via Basecamp. Manish Attri was the project lead and did a great job sticking to my schedule and helped clear up any confusion. I was happy with the output and would use them again.
