I love Conga CPQ for the enterprise way it integrates into various tools and offers certain customization options. I like how it allows for dynamic pricing calculations with custom logic integration. Conga CPQ doesn't help with code creations or modifications when the customer wants changes midterm. It's very difficult to modify an order once a quote is converted to an order. For example, if a user purchases for a year and wants to add extra units midway, Conga forces the creation of a new order for the same customer. It would be great if they could fix this and allow more flexibility with orders. Also, there's a need for improved security on the quotes sent, as we sometimes see URLs with product and pricing information.
