**What do you like best about Composity CRM?**

I love how Composit alerts the user when they are using Paperwork. It makes sure that the user is not spending extra time in downtime. I also love that calls are distributed to users depending on how long they were in Ready status, or the last time they took a call.

**What do you dislike about Composity CRM?**

Not much I can remember! Transferring calls can be a bit clunky.

**What problems is Composity CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company no longer uses Composit, and I miss it!

**What do you like best about Composity CRM?**

The Simplicity. I like it mostly because it is intergated with the invoicing and therefore we use the same customer base from lead generation to close of sale stage. My team does not have very good computer skills and literacy but still manage to use it. For our retail hearing aids shops chain it is very good solution. We still have ideas for development and hope that we will get that from the Composity team.
Also PRICE - the lowest in the World I guess ;) This I realy like ;)

**What do you dislike about Composity CRM?**

To be honest I do not have dislikes and have noting to fill in here.

**What problems is Composity CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a single database for our customers. Predicting cashflow. Opening a new shop and setting the system is hassel free.
