I love how Composit alerts the user when they are using Paperwork. It makes sure that the user is not spending extra time in downtime. I also love that calls are distributed to users depending on how long they were in Ready status, or the last time they took a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Simplicity. I like it mostly because it is intergated with the invoicing and therefore we use the same customer base from lead generation to close of sale stage. My team does not have very good computer skills and literacy but still manage to use it. For our retail hearing aids shops chain it is very good solution. We still have ideas for development and hope that we will get that from the Composity team.
