The reminders of my upcoming expired documents & excellent customer services when needed.

The vague disapproval documents when its needed to be updated.

Being compliance for my clinical rotation so that I can graduate!

**What do you like best about Complí?**

I like being able to sign documents, create messages and access all of my HR work within the system.


**What do you dislike about Complí?**

I think the system can be simplified a little more, make the user interface less demanding when sending messages to HR directors, other workers and accessing documents.

**Recommendations to others considering Complí:**

I think knowing how the system works, and how to find quick links or tricks to make the navigation easier. I think the ability to create quick links or custom links per individual user would make the user interface easier for some to use. Or having Admin restrictions making the interface customized per department or employee type.

**What problems is Complí solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company i worked for made it easier for me to access HR documents, paycheck records and communicate with HR or Accounting departments to make our business more streamlined.
