Even if you need to text schedule reminders, or ypdates/available shifts it is a quick easy way to get it sent out to everyone. A lot of people don't have as easy access to their email as they do their phones so I have seen a big difference in how fast employees respond! **What do you dislike about CompleteSMS?** Some people think they are spam messages. **What problems is CompleteSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us access employees easier and quicker, since most people do not check their emails multiple times a day. ### 3.
