Compdesk allows employees to manage their equity compensation, and optimize their retirement planning. Equity compensation can be life-changing, but creating a strategy to manage stock options is complicated and time-consuming. Our platform allows your team to understand the value of their equity and the associated tax implications. Our algorithm connects each employee to a personal advisor who helps them create a customized plan to manage equity and plan for retirement through tax-advantaged investments. All of our advisors are experienced CPAs or tax lawyers. Many employees utilize their 401k, but are unaware of the other tax advantaged retirement accounts like Roth IRA, backdoor IRA, and HSAs. The average employee can save an additional $1,200,000 throughout their career in taxes by utilizing tax advantaged accounts when compared to investing the same amount directly in the S&P 500. We'll help your team reach financial freedom faster by holistically managing equity compensation and retirement accounts. Compdesk protects employers from tax liability and boosts employee retention through financial wellness.
