We use it both for our scholarship and granting programs

**What do you like best about CommunityForce, Inc.?**

The reporting capabilities are comprehensive and also the ability to customize applications and create pre-qualifcation questions.

**What do you dislike about CommunityForce, Inc.?**

The fund set-up is a little clunky at first but once you get used to it it's fine.

**Recommendations to others considering CommunityForce, Inc.:**

Community Force is a great platform with a great team. They will take you through everything you need for training and implementation, so no real recommendation other than to get them onboard sooner than later so you can start enjoying the benefits of having a robust platform and team behind you.

**What problems is CommunityForce, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to manage our data and applicant experience (compared to gather info on a survey platform) has revolutionized our program. We have more time to focus on programmatic improvements and to be more nimble when responding to crisis.
