Cofense PhishMe is a great tool to report phishing emails as well as provides front-line phishing defense. We get phishing emails even on environments using secure email gateways.

PhishMe uses the past data and using Machine Learning, phishing emails can be detected by Security Operations Center before reaching the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cofense PhishMe is a relatively simple program that allows you to practice email phishing drills internally. You can fully customize emails through one page and track what users do once received. You can create individual campaigns to target specific teams, receive a report on who clicked embedded links, and create a web page for links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside was the lack of documentation or user manual. I have not had to contact support, but would have liked documents for training new back ends users within IT. It may have been provided when purchased and misplaced over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
