**What do you like best about CodeBroker?**

What we like best about CodeBroker text message marketing software is that it has great features for driving business for large retailers, yet it's easy for marketers to use - so we can be agile, which is critical in retail marketing. They also provide ongoing project support fo free, which is like having an extra staff member who is an sms marketing expert.

**What do you dislike about CodeBroker?**

There really isn't anything I don't like.

**What problems is CodeBroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased our sms marketing list sign-ups exponentially - and they also have what they call a SmartJoin form which lets us capture demographics - so we get more than a phone number. Also, their text message marketing software is integrated with their digital coupon software, so we can use text to offer mobile and digital coupons, which is huge for us!
