**What do you like best about Coalition?**

Polite employees but inept and unknowledgeable on getting google ads created and running.

**What do you dislike about Coalition?**

Slow,one week later responses during first month, no progress and still billing. Quicker responses. Provide experts on google ads. Reimbursement or money spent with zero outcome or extend additional months during unsuccessful ads running.

**Recommendations to others considering Coalition:**

Do not waste any money. Be sure to set a time limit. Edit contract to automatically expire after  second month and before third month or you'll be automatically billed. Thank God I did this and will not be paying for zero ads after third month.  
Do not use -- go straight to google.

**What problems is Coalition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were hired to creste and launch google ads and raise awareness. After spending $3,600 and another $1,800 committed next month thy are still unable to produce any ads for my medical spa and do not know the market or key words or the industry at all.
