## Coach Desk Reviews
  ### 1. Replaced three apps and my spreadsheet chaos

**What do you like best about Coach Desk?**

I was running my whole coaching business out of spreadsheets, WhatsApp and three different apps. CoachDesk pulled all of it into one place — clients, sessions, invoices and workout plans. The bit that sold me was the invoicing. I send a payment link and get paid without chasing anyone. The weekly progress reports go out to my clients automatically, so they feel looked after and I don't lift a finger. It's clearly built by someone who actually understands what a PT's week looks like, not a generic CRM bolted onto fitness

**What do you dislike about Coach Desk?**

It's a young product, so a few things I'd love aren't there yet — a proper resources hub and a few more integrations would be handy. I've flagged small things and they get fixed fast, which honestly makes up for it, but if you need a mature all-singing platform on day one, know that this is still early. For me the trade-off is worth it because it does the core jobs really well.

**What problems is Coach Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoachDesk solves the admin mess that eats into every self-employed PT's week. Before it I had client details in my phone, workout plans in Notes, invoices in a separate app, and I was chasing payments over WhatsApp like a debt collector. Now it's one place. Clients, sessions, plans, invoices and progress reports all live together.
The biggest win is getting paid. I send a payment link, the client pays, done — no awkward reminders. The automatic weekly progress reports keep clients engaged without me building anything manually, and the booking page means people book themselves in instead of messaging me at 10pm. Practically, it's bought me back a few hours a week of admin and made me look a lot more professional to clients, which helps me hold my rates and keep people around longer
