CoachDesk is a business management platform designed for self-employed personal trainers. It centralises client management, session scheduling, invoicing, workout programming and client communication into a single application.
Personal trainers can manage client profiles including goals, intake forms and session history. The calendar allows session scheduling and tracking. Invoices can be created and sent to clients, who can pay by card through their client portal. Workout plans can be built manually or generated using an AI tool based on client goals, fitness level and available equipment.
Each client receives access to a personal portal where they can view sessions, workout plans, habit trackers, nutrition logs, check-in forms and invoices.
