**What do you like best about CMIT Solutions?**

Nothing. They don't do anything help. There is no point in using their services.

**What do you dislike about CMIT Solutions?**

They are just taking your money and not providing services.

**Recommendations to others considering CMIT Solutions:**

Hire your own IT group and train them yourself. You will save your company time and money in the long run.

**What problems is CMIT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been horrible experience. I have had the same IT issue for 3 weeks. I have called multiple times and I don't get ahold of any technician to help. The call center people say that a technician will call soon but they don't. I still have the same issue. They are not responsive and they don't help. I am recommending that we don't use their services. This is one of the worst IT support groups I have worked with.

**Describe the project or task CMIT Solutions helped with:**

In the Association arena, everyone likes to think of all the systems we use to connect and work hand-in-hand.  However, those in membership or customer service know that sadly that is not usually the case.  There seems to be an overlaying dark cloud in hoping things do not break down, a glitch occurs, or even worse, the product is sunsetted.  I am sorry to say that I had one of these experiences this past week -- it is bound to happen.  CMIT Solutions is our IT vendor who is there when these instances occur.  After a minor headache and a wave of panic overcame me, I simply put in a ticket to CMIT specifically outlining the issue  I was having as well as the very short time frame I had in which it needed to be fixed.  Within moments I received the comforting email letting me know my ticket number and that they were on the case.  Shortly thereafter, I received a call from one of their trained technicians who methodically asked me questions to help determine what was happening. After this review, they determined my issue and started the process of getting it fixed.  My technician not only was on time but early for our appointment! We practiced safe social distancing while he worked his magic. Within less than 1 hour, I was back at work! I am a believer in that you "ay for what you get" and CMIT Solutions has never let me down  -- they are peace of mind and a well-trained safety net!  Knowing that they are on the case lessens the wave of panic and I know I am in good hands.

**What do you like best about CMIT Solutions?**

The best attribute CMIT solutions offer is its well-trained staff who are personable, they listen, ask questions and work through the scenario with you as a team.  They recognize that the customer is experiencing an issue and they embrace that by communicating with you and explaining the steps they are going to take to resolve the issue.  They communicate and care. AND... patience is a virtue and they have it by the boatloads. Their success is me winning.

**What do you dislike about CMIT Solutions?**

This is a tough question to answer as I have not experienced any bad situations with CMIT Solutions.   So at this time, I will have to say all is great. They are professional and willing to help in the best way they can.  They strive to make it easy and right for the end-user.

**Recommendations to others considering CMIT Solutions:**

If you are looking for a responsive, receptive, and professional team to assist with your technology questions, mishaps, and daily technology gremlins, talk to CMIT! They are provide the confidence and success you need.

**What problems is CMIT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently, I had a new mailbox added to my ever-growing list.  Adding the additional responsibility wasn't the issue, it was providing access to a new team member so that we could manage the mailbox together as well as archive certain emails AND set up rules for particular emails.  My colleague and I took a run at it but we were overwhelmed.  We simply put in a help desk ticket to get the experience and knowledge from those who are in the "know".  On the same day, I got a call and help had arrived! My representative was so patient, listened to all that we were trying to accomplish, and then set out with a plan of action.  He took each part, step by step until all of the "to-do" list was accomplished!  He explained everything as we moved along and asked questions to ensure he was doing what I needed and wanted. At no time did I worry and as usual, I felt completely comfortable in allowing CMIT to do their job -- help me to succeed.  I appreciate their demeanor, friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. What more could you ask for from a support team -- one that really wants you to win!

Our company uses CMIT for all of it's most complicated IT issues.

**What do you like best about CMIT Solutions?**

CMIT techs are always friendly and professional.  I have not seen an IT issue yet that they could not solve relatively quickly, in order to keep all of us connected and productive while working remotely from home.

**What do you dislike about CMIT Solutions?**

They prioritize their Help Desk requests, so something that is a MAJOR issue for me may not seem like a priority for them.  I make sure to let them know in my initial request if I need assistance ASAP; that way, they can prioritize accordingly.

**Recommendations to others considering CMIT Solutions:**

Give them a try!  I am positive that you will LOVE working with them!

**What problems is CMIT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company uses CMIT for all of our IT services.  They keep our network and our systems up and running no matter where we are throughout the US and Canada.  This allows our productivity levels to remain high, even while we all work remotely from home right now.  The level of technical knowlege and experience we have available to us through CMIT is immeasurable.  It just makes sense to use their expertise when issues arrive, instead of staffing an in-house IT Dept full time.

CMIT provides us with backup solutions for our small office.   CMIT has secured our office network . They also assist with IT issues that arise from time to time.

**What do you like best about CMIT Solutions?**

CMIT is knowledgeable about our network setup and is often able to fix issues over the phone.

**What do you dislike about CMIT Solutions?**

Response times have been slow when submitting a ticket, phone calls offer a prompt response.

CMIT solves our needs for reliable, secure backups on our files.
