Make sure you get buy-in from everyone who will be using the platform. Our biggest challenge continues to be internal resources - now, only needed for final review.

We did not have dedicated internal resources to translate marketing assets. Getting translations from colleagues with other priorities in a timely manner was impossible. Marketing programs requiring translation were often delayed or abandoned.
Cloudwords helped us find suitable translation vendors, get initial translations back quickly, move translation projects forward at an accelerated pace, and keep programs requiring translation on schedule.
