What problems is CloudROI solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudROI built us an enterprise level solution that completely jumpstarted our business. Prior to salesforce, our companies were riddled with manual processes and siloed spreadsheets. Their solution helped our staff substantially increase efficiency and work smarter. Our KPI reporting has also improved and is now fully automated.

We interviewed 4 different salesforce consultants and CloudROI provided the lowest rate and fastest build time. Their team was extremely easy to work with and highly professional and knowledgeable. They patiently helped us create the design and ideal functionality for how to convert our business processes. They were able to build our solution under the proposed timeline and made sure our team fully understood the software and workflows prior to the go live date. We will continue to use CloidROI for future build iterations as well as admin support for our CRM. I highly recommend CloudROI for any CRM needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CloudROI:

Be very concise with what you want. Do not go into any APEX projects without fully understanding the objects and interactions within your org.

Each time we reached a hiccup it was due to my org Flows, restrictive field inputs, or other means outside the developer's control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudROI solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudROI partnered with us to create an APEX solution for our Salesforce org to generate PDF invoices. This has allowed us to transition our service department to paperless invoicing. Going paperless has saved us 300-500 paper invoices per month in our service department alone.

As our business has grown, we have returned to CloudROI for revisions to our invoice. Their professional and concise communication made each project quick and painless.
