What I like best about Cloudinary is how easy it makes media management. I can upload, transform, optimize, and deliver images and videos all through one platform, with just a URL. Sometimes the pricing can get a little tricky, especially when you scale up or have a lot of transformations happening behind the scenes. Also, the UI could be a bit more intuitive when navigating between assets, transformations, and settings. But overall, the functionality still outweighs the drawbacks. Monitoring of consumption and usage could be improved. The indicators are fairly poor. It would also be good to be able to filter out unhelpful bots that consume credits. What I like and appreciate most about Cloudinary is the ability to resize images, work on their quality, especially when dealing with the demand for product promotion images. I believe that the price of the premium plan is a hindrance, it requires an investment, as the free plan is limited. The understanding of the tool as well, I believe that clearer and more interactive documents and manuals help in understanding how to use the tool at its best performance.
