Very often, you even have the chance to speak directly with Product Owners and other responsible team members to suggest changes and have an open exchange about features and usability. Documentation is clear so its easy to implement and integrate with my current React app **What do you dislike about Cloudinary?** Only the price and pricing model, the storage would never go down (makes sense) but for it to be bundled on the same credits as the bandwidth and transformations it makes it more difficult to manage every month. Customer Support answers quick whenever there are issues, however for the same issue I could be in contact with more than 5 different agents, and sometimes they dont have the same response, so I just give up.
