Its Digital Asset Management (DAM) system has an intuitive interface that enables users with varying levels of technical proficiency to manage assets and share them with stakeholders. Cloudinary has a strong technical foundation, and it’s clearly built by developers for developers. It offers many features to process assets on demand as they’re consumed on your site, with a reliable CDN on top to distribute your content globally—optimized and transformed exactly as you want and need. Cloudinary is also always improving and listening to customer needs. Very often, you even have the chance to speak directly with Product Owners and other responsible team members to suggest changes and have an open exchange about features and usability. Integration with Contentful is easy and straightforward and also the usage of the different widgets for upload or video play are easy to integrate and full of built-in functionality. The pricing may vary highly on the usage and traffic, however considering that, especially when speaking about the assets delivery, everything is fully managed, already give a great advantage and removes the burden of managing infrastructure and configurations. It's easy to find and update categories so one of the thousands of images is easily found. I like that you can edit tags for many images at the same time and don't have to do it one at a time, which helps loads when I have made a new tag or am making new folders to be able to do it quickly and efficiently. The initial setup of Cloudinary was very easy, and it is very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Cloudinary?** I would like there to be a setting so when you open an image you can have the setting set so it doesn't open the downloads tab but instead the metadata or summary tab. Also, when you have selected many images and then accidentally click on something outside the white select box, you unselect everything, which can be very annoying. **What problems is Cloudinary solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Cloudinary to store and categorize images efficiently, with all images in one place.
