**What do you like best about Cloud9 Payment Gateway?**

Very helpful with questions on Network and EMV, with an added bonus of knowing the industry since 1995 and doing merchant account setups in house cheaper than my bank can.

**What do you dislike about Cloud9 Payment Gateway?**

It might take 1-2 hours for them to call back, But get things done fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloud9 Payment Gateway:**

They work hard to get you what you need at a very good price and make it a one call shop to get answers. They know the industry and what is next and always trying to get feed back to help them keep the customer in the know.

**What problems is Cloud9 Payment Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to see all transactions in one place and have EMV with POS.
