ClinicFlow is a voice AI platform built for orthopedic and spine practices that answers every patient phone call 24x7, so practices stop losing appointments to hold times, voicemail, and after-hours gaps. The ClinicFlow AI phone agent handles the calls that make up the bulk of a surgical practice's phone volume: scheduling new appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations. It plugs into the practice's existing call center and phone system and works with the EMR, so there is no rip-and-replace and staff keep their current workflows. Patients get answered on the first ring at 2 PM or 2 AM, and appointments get booked instead of abandoned. Clinical calls are triaged appropriately. For non-urgent clinical questions, the AI agent summarizes the call with the caller's information and sends a message to the appropriate clinical team through EMR messaging, any time of day. For urgent calls after hours, the agent immediately sends a text with a secure link to the on-call surgeon. During office hours, urgent calls are summarized directly to clinic staff. ClinicFlow is HIPAA-compliant and built specifically for the workflows of orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and spine clinics rather than generic medical answering. The platform is expanding with automated referral intake (an integrated online fax system where the voice AI automatically calls the patient to schedule as soon as the referral arrives from the referring provider), pre-op and post-op patient compliance calls that confirm patients are following the surgeon's protocol, and AI-powered insurance prior authorization for imaging and surgery. Practices use ClinicFlow to answer 100% of patient calls, extend access around the clock, reduce front-desk staffing pressure, and capture appointment revenue that missed calls were silently costing them.
