The platform is expanding with automated referral intake (an integrated online fax system where the voice AI automatically calls the patient to schedule as soon as the referral arrives from the referring provider), pre-op and post-op patient compliance calls that confirm patients are following the surgeon's protocol, and AI-powered insurance prior authorization for imaging and surgery.
