I've used several sales proposal application products that were just not easy to use, which was very frustrating, to say the least. At first, I utilized their trial period because, let's face it, I was a skeptic. After that, and a few months later, I think I finally found the answer to my company's needs to make it happen. It's very simple to use and allows me to view the analytics for my sales team. The visual aid capability showed our clients that we were a serious business which I love. **What do you dislike about ClientSky?** There aren't any dislikes I have for this product. I'll be honest; it's well done and does what I need. However, like everything, there are always ways to make things better. It'd be nice to have a way to use ClientSky to create other document types, not specifically for proposals. **What problems is ClientSky solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem, if you can even call it that, is that it made writing sales proposals easier than the software I used before. The fact that I get updates when a client opens my recommendation is beneficial in that I know how long after it's provided to them that I should follow up. Navigating ClientSky is easy and far less frustrating. It creates a beautiful impression for my clients and is presented in a very understandable format. It honestly just makes everything a lot easier. ### 2. Nothing to dislike about the service because it is sincerely helpful! **What problems is ClientSky solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can keep professionals, especially those in accounting careers.
