"ClickUp Boosts Productivity with AI, Dashboards, and Seamless Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Sometimes I have an idea of how I want to lay out my tasks and other times I need a little help, so I like to use AI to ask questions and receive suggestions that help my brain process how that might look like. For the price I pay for my personal account, it covers a lot that includes integrations for my calendar, email, and other apps.

When it comes to my work account, it's a tremendous help in day-to-day tasks, especially when I need to know which tasks have relationships with each other and allows me to create and view dashboards that helps with metrics. Knowing that I can start a Zoom call straight from my Planner within ClickUp, as well as using the AI Notetaker, creates an efficiency that I wouldn't normally get from other apps. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The learning curve can be difficult and I appreciate that there are free videos on YouTube and ClickUp University. I think there are some improvements that can be made in the automation process (checklist vs task/subtask, reporting) and sometimes it takes a while for a page to load. Expanding the transcript in an AI Notetaker doc after a meeting can also drag performance and loading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Turned Our Business Chaos into a Fine-Tuned Deal Machine"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Our favorite feature of ClickUp is the high level of customization that allows us to tailor the program to our business and workflows. I am able to set up Spaces, Lists, and even AI Agents that work for our small business in ways that every employee can use to stay in the loop.

We rely on the email integration with Outlook to keep client and vendor communication automatically attached to every deal, alongside relevant documents, notes, and assignments.

The program performs well in both the browser and app, handling enormous lists full of content without lag or other issues. I'm not exaggerating when I say we run our entire multimillion dollar small business in ClickUp.

Our CEO is very cost-conscious and was skeptical when I introduced him to ClickUp, but it has transformed our business chaos into a fine-tuned deal machine where everyone has access to all necessary information and clear assignments at all times. The cost per subscription, ability to add or reduce seats as needed, and the different tiers for AI add-ons make it easy to meet our needs without paying too much.

I'm our in-house ClickUp expert, having used the program for years before introducing it to my current company. Still, the onboarding tutorials and ClickUp University make it so simple to train employees on features. We've reached out to support with a few bugs here and there, and they are always very responsive, which we appreciate.

Nothing but good things to say. I honestly don't know what this business would do without ClickUp as we scale into a mid-size company. 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

As our customizations and automations grow, we really need to restructure some things. I wish there was a sandbox where we could rebuild instead of doing it inside the active workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Workspaces for Marketing and Fundraising—Fast, Affordable, and Shareable"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to create workspaces for each area of my job. I do both fundraising and marketing in my role so it is a lot ot keep track of. I have a calendar just for social media and am able to keep track of what I post on each platform along with taks lists, and my marketing calendar which I can easily shoare with others. I work at a nonprofit so it is a low cost option for a system that I can get approved annually. The system is easy to use and loads quickly. I also like that it has an app as well. I don't use as many features as it offers since I don't have any other systems to integrete to it but it is great for how I use it. I also like the free webinars and trainings that are offered. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It is easy to turn on the AI piece of the description by adding a forward dash and I don't use it so it sometimes takes a bit to clear. It's not earth shatting but just sometimes is a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible All-in-One Project Management with Powerful Views, Templates, and Automations"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The flexibility is what stands out most. I can manage tasks, recurring workflows, client projects, notes, deadlines, and SOPs all in one place, while still customizing each workspace to match how the business actually operates. The different views, templates, automations, and assignment options are especially helpful for keeping multi-step projects organized and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest drawback is that ClickUp can feel overwhelming at first, simply because it offers so many features, views, and customization options. Setting up a workspace in a way that feels truly intuitive can take time, especially for new users or clients who aren’t comfortable with project-management software. Notifications can also get noisy unless they’re carefully tuned, and at times it takes more clicks than expected to track down a specific setting or a particular task detail. "Intuitive, Fast, and Keeps All My Tasks and Team Communication in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

It has made my day much more productive. It’s the best way to keep all my tasks in one place and stay in communication with my teammates. It’s also very intuitive, and the visual design makes everything easy to follow and manage.

I can link other profiles and apps to keep everything in one place and for me it's very useful the google apps integration because I use them everyday.

I love that I can have everything synced between all my devices through te iOS app and the desktop app. Both are fast and very responsive.

At the beginning, I learned the first steps trough the videos and tutorials available which are very concise and easy to understand from then everything was intuitive, and with the use of its internal AI I can found answers to some specific doubts that I have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The pricing because it is difficult to acquire for all my team. I would like to have other options that are not by user, maybe depending on business size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very complete and customizable platform, with excellent AI and native integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The great adaptability and customization capacity of the platform, along with the number of features it has, as well as the features/price ratio. I believe it is currently one of the most complete options available within the category of task and project managers. The evolution of its artificial intelligence is also spectacular. I can confirm that I use it daily for multiple purposes, from meetings to reports, automations, queries, content, etc.

It also has a multitude of native integrations with third-party platforms like Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Teams, among others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the performance is affected, but it is true that the team has been working for years to improve the performance, especially of the list view, which has improved a lot. In general, it performs well, but occasionally complex lists with many fields may be impacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and Optimizes Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is the high possibility of customization. I can manage completely different projects very effectively because practically everything can be built the way I want and how it works best for me. Customization is very useful in all contexts, such as in the different types of views (list/board/gantt/etc), available filters, automations, field types, etc. Furthermore, ClickUp centralizes all tasks in one place, allowing the entire team to be monitored, which improves deadline and task management. Another positive point is the optimization of productivity through automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I believe a major area for improvement is the dashboard visualization, as I feel the possibilities are very limited. I can't vary the type of chart much, like creating a radar or waterfall chart. Another point that would be very useful is the creation of conditional automations. In the context of my company, there is a board where, depending on the custom field X, several people can be assigned to incoming tasks; it would be great to be able to set up an automation like: if field X = Y, assign to person 1, if field X = Z, assign to person 2, and so on. "Complete organization of my agency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I usually use ClickUp to manage my projects, tasks, and track the progress of my agency's demands. Since I do website development and creation, each client ends up having a tab within ClickUp, and within this tab, there is a division by stages, such as briefing, layout, development, review, and delivery. What I like most about the tool is the ease of organizing and tracking the progress of these projects. I can create custom statuses, assign responsibilities for each stage, set deadlines, and track everything in one place. There have been many times when I forgot details to be done on the site, and with the tool, I always keep everything noted and review it more easily. Besides all this, I like the interface; even with several website creation projects, I can organize each one in a way and find the information more quickly and easily. For my agency, this has greatly improved the organization of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I like least about ClickUp is that, precisely because it has many features, it can end up being a bit confusing at first. When we started using it at the agency, it took some time to understand the best way to organize projects and set everything up in a way that worked for our website creation workflow. Once we got the hang of it, it became much easier, but the learning curve is a bit steeper than I expected. I think it would help a lot if the platform had a more practical onboarding, with a step-by-step guide for different types of businesses. For example, a model aimed at agencies with some ready-made steps would make a big difference for those just starting out. Another detail is that sometimes, when a project has many tasks and attachments, I feel that the platform becomes a bit slower to load. It's not something that prevents me from using it, but it's an improvement that would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Packed and Detailed—ClickUp Makes Workflow Tracking Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The one thing I like best about ClickUp is that, it is feature-packed despite being under a free-plan (though I'm hoping I could get the paid version through a sponsor, since my workplace doesn't uses this, but I use this personally for my workflows). Additionally, it's easy to track, very very detailed, and I really love the Kanban board view (it offers a lot of different views). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It's strength is being feature-packed, but sometimes, it gets overwhelming that you can do a lot of stuff inside, which is super helpful for users who really like customization and detail-orientated. But sometimes, it takes some time to get familiar in tweaking the settings due to a lot of information and configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Workspace That Simplifies Project Management and QA"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it keeps our entire project workflow in one place. As a QA, I use it daily to manage tasks, track bugs, collaborate with developers, and monitor project progress. ClickUp Brain has become especially valuable because it helps me generate QA tasks from requirement documents, summarize ongoing work, and create management-ready dashboards from reports. Instead of spending hours on repetitive documentation, I can focus more on testing and improving quality. The flexibility to customize workflows and bring project management, collaboration, and AI together has made a noticeable difference in my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One area that could still improve is the consistency of some AI features, as longer responses or complex generations can occasionally require another attempt. Because ClickUp evolves quickly, some new features also take a little time to become fully polished. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value the platform provides in my daily workflow.
