We are considering ClickUp we're a floorinstallation company with multiple job sites in the area - meaning we have job supers who visit
construction sites to monitor progress, make reports (with fotos) , update task deadlines etc etc..
The question is can they do this on a phone or Ipad?

# Is there anything in the works for more reporting, templates, functionality in the operations area?
ClickUp mainly focuses on time tracking/reporting, project management, etc. I run sales operations and would love to see more focus put on tracking sales, inventory, product development, historical data, inventory forecasting, and sales projections.

# I was wondering.. How can I get or share others and my owns made templates with the clickup's community?
Is there a place where I can go or clickups users can go to find, get and share their work with other and be rating for it at the same time. That would be amazing! For beginners most of all would be great in case they don't have or feel have the proper template that fits their work needs.
So yeah, I would pretty much like to hear from you guys all about it, it'll be a motivations plus for all that use clickups and likes to customize workspaces and interface usage. Personally, I love having communities and conecting with people who have the same passion in a particular thing like me, being able to find in this would be paradise for myself because of how much I like and enjoy using ClickUp.

# How do I utilize (view, toggle, automate) the folder status when it is different than the list status?
I can set the status of lists and folders to be different but can not utilize the folder status. For instance we have project development "Phases" for multiple projects going on at one time. I have set the list status as "in progress", etc. and I would like to be able to have the folder identify it's status so that way we can quickly visualize the status of each project from a high level ("Phase 1", "Phase 2", etc.). I would like to automate this change in status, but since I can find no way to view or toggle the folder status, this does not work. I've also tried to change the hierarchy but since the lists and subtasks can not share a different status, this does not work either.

# What is the matter with the mobile versions?
Although it has been improving, it is still not possible to do in the mobile version everything that is done in desktop/laptop versions.
Not everything, nor with the same ease.

# How can you create roadmap item link it to task that will move from list to list (backlog -> sprint) and got progress feedback
Space -> roadmap
Department -> Folder
List -> Quarter
Task -> Epic with plenty of custom fields to help prioritize
Those epic needs to be linked to a (big) list of tasks ventilated into several lists (handled by several teams) . Those tasks will moved because they will tackle in sprints.
