No need to manage data hosting. The connectors to business databases are numerous and efficient. Targeting dashboard access based on users makes daily use easier. Sometimes unexplained errors occur in the scheduled execution of certain tasks (status error or ignored). Formula syntaxes are sometimes different in Data Flows and Dashboards. Reports seem more complex to implement compared to dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We moved our reporting from Klipfolio to ClicData about a year ago and in the process of transitioning to a new tool, we also researched using Tableau. And we couldn't be happier with our decision to use ClicData. The offering and feature set for the price is incredibly reasonable. The support is top notch and I've seen some of the features I've suggested already implemented. Like any of these tools, there's a learning curve in the beginning but they were fantastic about helping us along. Everyone in our company uses reporting built on ClicData, we even have some of it embedded in our internal systems so users don't have to go to a separate site. It's just an excellent product. It is a potent tool that is only getting better. Not only has the ability to connect to a variety of sources to generate dashboards has been valuable, but provides the additional features to modify, join, and deliver data to external sources. With the scheduling of tasks, this has saved us hours per day on repetitive tasks.

Probably the thing I like best is the responsiveness of the team. Support requests for questions are handled quickly and with accurate solutions. Being a non-technical user, there is a bit of a learning curve to being able to use it proficiently when formulas or queries are needed, though support is always willing to assist and has given great direction to overcome the challenge.

Some feature names and the location of the features aren't quite as obvious as I would expect. I stumbled upon a feature that saved me a few hours a week by accident given the label wasn't what I expected and it was in menu I rarely use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is relatively intuitive and easy to pick up. Web-based without installation hassles or concern for which device I work on.

Customer service is great - I appreciate the quick replies and easy fixes that the support team and developers offer me and they're always pleasant to work with.

New features come frequently and are communicated clearly. And the system is affordable for a grant-funded nonprofit. It's a great value for what we get. Not much downside. I guess if I started to perform forecasting and deeper-level analytics work, I might outgrow the platform, but I'm nowhere near that.

The new data flow tools could be more intuitive - the UI is so different than the other fusion/merge tools that I've been putting off learning it because I'll need a tutorial or more customer support than I have time for. I'm sitting back to watch it evolve before digging in, but I do have a bit of anxiety about sunsetting of the old fusion/merge tools, but I really like the idea of using a single data flow tool to replace all of the other moving parts. Clicdata is great! It does all of the normal BI tool things well - tables, graphs, etc., and is very easy to configure and use. Where it shines best though is when you're trying to customize how the end user interacts with it. The options for either using their built in user management, or their Live Link functionality for embedding it in a custom app allow for great flexibility. Also the ability to style widgets exactly how you want them is a feature I have not seen in many other offerings. Technical support has been extremely responsive and solves most of my problems, and when they are not able, they get any issues resolved quickly with their development team. The only issue is that per-user pricing can get quite expensive very quickly. $5/user is fine when there's a small user base, but rolling it out to a large user base can become cost prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times I think as it's going to focus on various data they must keep eye on similar data with various combination so they can train ml model an use it towards great product with embedded onchip level data analysis and that can be used in various fields like camera, iot devices etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No major complaints or challenges. I've been working with the product for a while, so I feel very familiar with it. - work stable

- never faced a downtime within last year or so

- UI a bit improved over time

I dislike:

- it doesn't logoff if tab opened a while ago. I mean if I find a tab with CD opened some time ago and I try to fill up timesheet and then when I click save or refresh it finally logout me and asks to log in. The problem is that I lost hours/comments I filled

- reports not so convinient for some basic operations like - I need to check out how many hours within this month I tracked and how many left. Yes, it's possible to make via reports, but it will be great to have some basic simple dashboard with such a personal summary.
