**What do you like best about ClearVision DMS?**

Using clear Vision DMS, we are able to convert Paper document into Electronic document which can saved on your computer.
This can help to preserve thia electronic data lifetime and able to retrive document on single click.
Also beneficial for disasters recovery cases.
Indexing can be costomizable so that it acn be easily arranged.
Security to constomizable folder makes better advantage.

**What do you dislike about ClearVision DMS?**

No any point for dislike Clear vision DMS.
Audit trial feature should be efficient so that every activity should be recorded.
There is challenge to save lagerer file. It need to be split into parts

**What problems is ClearVision DMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have alaready less space at office document room to store paper based documents. So we converted paper based documents to electronic document. This helps to avoid storage space to paper document.

**What do you like best about ClearVision DMS?**

ClearVision DMS helps to create a digital/image format of documents that we can use as digital document storage and locate from any location whenever needed.
It creates unique indexing to the documents which helps to search required docs one time.
ClearVision DMS is user-friendly and provides flexibility.

**What do you dislike about ClearVision DMS?**

There may be a compliance failure risk as it does not support compliance checks.
It does not offer activity tracking.

**What problems is ClearVision DMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Clearvision for document storage, It really helped us to avoid creating physical copies of imp documents and also helped to create the easy back of client documents.
