**What do you like best about Xplor Pay?**

They are on the edge of helping the CBD industry and shops that need payment processing support for that industry.

**What do you dislike about Xplor Pay?**

Alot of red tape to get things done, restrictive capabilities when it pertrains to tobacco/firearms/alchohal/CBD/THC.

**What problems is Xplor Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me solve for companies associated with CBD/THC. It's hard to sell this especially via an ESTORE in certain states in the USA.

**What do you like best about Xplor Pay?**

I love how they work with my clients, how they are so willing to help explain billing, or any other question my clients may have. The all in one portal is huge & they were 1 of the 1st to have. Continuously improving clients experience 

**What do you dislike about Xplor Pay?**

I’m not keen on the surcharging for NDF many competitors offer this without a cost to me or my clients. It’s just Standard 

**Recommendations to others considering Xplor Pay:**

Whether you use a reseller like me or someone else, the company is only as good as the individuals that represent it. Interview your sales rep, ask the hard questions, if you are signing with someone as an agent, would you let this person be a Financial Partner in your business? If not then find someone you can trust clearpaymidsouth.com

**What problems is Xplor Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to meet most of my clients needs with their platform, from equipment to integrations their team is amazing in troubleshooting situations

**What do you like best about Xplor Pay?**

I like  that they are easy to work with. I also like that they integrate with Field Edge which makes things run smoother with the techs in the field. I also like that the batch reports are easy to determine who made the charges for the day.

**What do you dislike about Xplor Pay?**

I don't like how I have 2 different accounts that batch out. It makes it much harder to tie out at the end of the day.

**What problems is Xplor Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how it integrates with the office computer and I don't have to use another website to enter transactions.
