The voice creation features it works perfectly fine since it's very intuitive and very responsive. It's very user friendly since the implementation is not complicated at all. Cisco provides a world class customer service and since we use the tool very frequently we sometimes require assistance, specially with the integration in our products/services/ **What do you dislike about Cisco MindMeld?** What I would like Cisco to improve is the learning curve, meaning the tools is very transaction, however there are some steps that required a lot of experience, which is fine but when implementing a service like this it requires a loot of time. **What problems is Cisco MindMeld solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our company we work with different clients that required advance technology services and Cisco Mindmeld allows us to provide those products with a personalized voice AI powered service providing a more intuitive and personalized service that will improve our client's results. ### 2. This is where google translate and other systems fall short as well. **What problems is Cisco MindMeld solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meeting notation transcripts, action items and documentation of "for the record" events ### 3.
