What I like about Cisco the most is how it works to provide results based on the needs. The voice creation features it works perfectly fine since it's very intuitive and very responsive. It's very user friendly since the implementation is not complicated at all. Cisco provides a world class customer service and since we use the tool very frequently we sometimes require assistance, specially with the integration in our products/services/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I would like Cisco to improve is the learning curve, meaning the tools is very transaction, however there are some steps that required a lot of experience, which is fine but when implementing a service like this it requires a loot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
