What I like most about the Cisco Meraki MX is how easy it is to manage everything from a single cloud dashboard. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes day-to-day administration much faster. Deployments are almost plug-and-play, and even complex configurations like VPNs or firewall rules can be done in minutes. The visibility it gives into network activity is extremely helpful, and the automatic updates and alerts reduce a lot of manual efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside of Cisco Meraki MX is the dependency on licensing - without an active license, the product loses much of its functionality. Some advanced features can also feel a bit limited compared to traditional Cisco appliances, especially when you need deep customization. Occasionally, the dashboard can lag during peak hours, and the cost can be slightly higher compared to other solutions in the same category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
