What do you like best about Bigleaf Networks?

The customer service and tech support are excellent. I really appreciate the fact their tech support is US based and extremely knowledgeable. The service is reliable but for those instances I have had issues 9 times out of 10 it was with the ISP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigleaf Networks?

I wish they offered built-in site-to-site encryption ( VPN tunneling). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to replace an MPLS circuit and have redundancy with multiple internet circuits for each site. With Bigleaf, we don't have to worry about failover and packet optimization since the service automagically does this. I like that Bigleaf Networks is really easy to do business with. It's great that when I call my rep, he's always quick to get back to me with pricing. "An Essential Part of our Solution"

What do you like best about Bigleaf Networks?

Using BigLeaf allows us to eliminate downtime almost completely, but it also gives us so much insight into our clients' ISP connections that we can never hope to obtain from the providers or their equipment. The ability to use 2 different ISP providers with BigLeaf in the middle has opened up more bandwidth and availability at lower costs for many of our clients in industrial areas. What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the business we implemented Bigleaf, we are completely dependent upon the internet to process sales. No internet, no sales. The other thing it fixes is with other solutions, you may not have the same public IP depending on what circuit is up or not. With Bigleaf I have the same IP regardless of which circuit is up. This is criticial for our business because our POS requires activity to come from preapproved IP addresses. With our prior setups, we used a 4G LTE backup and as soon as we switched over to that, the IP would of course change and there was no way to enusre we got the same IP. Bigleaf gives us the same IP address per site regardless of what circuit is up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great service, Great product and the right price"

What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SD-WAN through Bigleaf to bond internet services and also for the QOS function. The system allows us to use a single public IP address for multiple circuits and traffic can switch back and forth between them without interrupting a session or a VoIP call. In addition we get alerted if a client has a circuit issue so we can be proactive and get it repaired before it is service affecting to the client. Most times we need to alert them that there is a technician on the way as they don't notice the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible - (not kidding) - Always there support"

What do you like best about Bigleaf Networks?

I deal with a lot of vendors for support. In my role, I also deal with a lot of companies to configure B2B communications (EDI/XML/JSON). Of everyone I deal with, Big Leaf tech support is ALWAYS first in my mind of a company that will resolve my issue on the first call and within 5 minutes. They don't transfer me to someone smarter, or take down a note and have someone call back within 4 hours. They are always staffed with very knowledgeable support staff at the ready right now. This includes 10pm on a thursday as well as 3am on a Sunday. Their support is impressive in this day and age. In the five years they've been our SDWan provider we've only needed to call them five or six times. They have a great product and they support it amazingly well.
