## Circle Reviews
 ### 1. Circle is flexible with so many features, I wouldn't use anything else

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Community inclusive with so many features, including AI and automations. I can also hold all my online courses there and have my website - so all in one system.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Always so many features and updates (not necessarily bad) but busy with my Community and other parts of my business so hard to keep up with.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one is having the website together with my Community which has been great. I'd love an ecommerce section too, but managing with Square right now.

 ### 2. Build community as your main growth engine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice G. | Community Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The team is super available and receptive to feedback in the community. There is a real user-centric vibe there and I can often find support from peers if Circle doesn't have the answer.

Circle is a great all-in-one platform for hosting your community AND marketing stack!

It is also the prettiest community platform out there imo!

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Every time I speak to Circle support they assume I'm the lowest common denominator and assume I've got a silly problem and suggest incorrect solutions before they actually listen to the issue.

It takes days to get someone who's paid attention to all the context I've given enough to respect that I'm reporting a serious issue. This is a big problem because if I do have a REAL big issue it is the LAST solution they always think of - so I think they are bad at triaging the most important issues and getting them solved first.

They optimise for the easiest solution where the user was being silly or didn't understand the product. Rather than first assuming there is a real issue with the product.

This feels so backwards to me that I dread reaching out every time I've got a big issue that I know will only get solved if I prove I'm actually experiencing an issue.

Understand the issue THEN make sure to suggest a relevant solution. Don't just give me AI-generated solutions when you don't even understand my problem. I can also read the Knowledge Bank for that - I'm reaching out to support because I haven't been able to self-serve.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me operationalise my business through community engagement tactics rather than boring traditional marketing strategies.

It's fast replacing all my marketing tools and reducing those costs.

 ### 3. Why didn't we join Circle SOONER?!?!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna E. | Community Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

We have managed an online community for a number of years, however only because we duct-taped 4 different platforms together. We hosted live calls on Zoom, used Add Event to share calendars, Slack was our online forum and we used our website to save replays and course access.

As we grew we decided to FINALLY take the leap over to Circle and invest the time to migrate a DECADE of online courses and material to a new platform. A lot of work but incredibly worth it. Having only ONE PLACE for all of our community to connect and access their information is a no brainer.

We love how customizable and fun Circle is. They are constantly growing and improving features. However my favorite part is the training for Community Managers. The build-in Circle Community you have access to as an account owner is how we were able to learn how to get started, connect with other communities and share ideas.

So thankful!

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

To be honest the one thing I can think of is the feature request to be able to schedule messages in a Live Chat space has yet to be fulfilled. We miss Slack's ability to schedule messages or even have "Slack Bot" check ins in the chat.

We know we can schedule posts in a post style space, however having Chat reminders (with the @everyone tag) and daily, weekly check ins would be AMAZING.

Also would love to see a feature like Mighty Network's "near me" to encourage members to connect! Right now I think that's only something us admin can coordinate?

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sream-linging all of our communities needs in to one place as well as training for us as community leaders.

 ### 4. Forward-Thinking, Feature-Rich, but Needs More Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nichole S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I love that Circle is forward-thinking and always adding new features. These updates make it easier to build and scale our product. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

More one-on-one customer support.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle helps us maintain an online community, building robust relationships with clients. It's always improving and adding features, making it easier to build and scale our product.

 ### 5. Circle Has Changed Our Business and Our Lives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy and Nancy H. | Founders and Co-CEOs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle is easy to use for both us and our community members. Any technical questions we've had have been answered promptly by Circle's support and our members have had very few complaints or questions about usability.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

In 2023, a friend and business coach suggested that we start an online community for our growing sisterhood of women supporting women. We thought this would take unlimited time and financial resources beyond our scope. But Circle made it easy, cost effective and time efficient. We were up and running within a week. The customer support has been beyond compare and our members find the platform easy to use — as do we.

The result of all of this is The Passionistas Project Sisterhood — a place where women can come to be heard, feel less alone and get resources for business development, personal growth and social impact. We are now a global community of women who have fostered business collaborations, cheered each other on, lifted each other up and built true connection. We never thought this would be possible on a virtual platform but thanks to Circle, we've made our dreams, and the dreams of countless women around the world, come true.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has helped us create a safe space for women from diverse backgrounds to come and truly be their authentic selves – which they don't feel comfortable doing on conventional social media. We can also offer courses and workshops, all in one secure location. There are no limits on our creativity within the Circle platform and we love it.

 ### 6. Circle is the Perfect Platform For My Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah R. | Owner & Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

When considering which platform to use for the courses for my business, and wanting it to include a community aspect, Circle was hands down the best option. The ease of use, integration and implementation are seamless, and I'm using it every day with no issues whatsoever. Huge fan.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Honestly, Circle does an excellent job of providing super easy to understand support online, and if I ever need any more, there is always someone available to me if I have more questions. I haven't had an issue with Circle yet. At first I thought it might be a little pricey, but the amount of features I receive makes it completely worth it.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle solved the problem of "what platform will be the most user friendly and accessible while also having an aesthetic that promotes clarity and comfort." I also wanted to be able to brand the platform to match my business and I was able to do exactly that. I needed a space to house courses (lessons, videos, and quizzes), while also containing a community aspect. It does exactly that.

 ### 7. Clean, Well-Designed Platform Packed with Functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It's clean and well designed, and looks great which is really important to my business. It also packs a ton of functionality in just one software (pay walls, email, posting, webinars, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The cost is pretty high, especially in CAD. I wish there was a tier under Professional that would fit with small and upstart communities to help them scale.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It incorporates a lot of functionality in something that's clean, simple, easy to use, and looks good. Other platforms like Kajabi don't look nearly as clean and professional, they're way to salesy looking

 ### 8. Easy to Administer and create engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I like that Circle is designed around creating engagement, easy to use, and to personalize

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I find the rapid growth of new features somehow confusing and hard to keep up with

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is allowing me to gather a group of people around ideas and events, to ease their networking and keep them talking between in-person events. This creates an online echo of their in-person community and is increasing our member retention.

 ### 9. Easy onboarding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It was a smooth transition to move our facebook groups into the circle community. I got great feedback from my members!

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Downside is the emails sometimes go to spam folders. I'd like to be able to send messages to members more smoothly.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use circle to connect between in person events.

 ### 10. Easily Customizable and Instantly Valuable for Users and Clients

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It's very customizable and there is a great commuinty around it

The platform is great but some elements could have more personalization. For example, I'd like to have more flexibility in customizing the emails that are sent automatically to users after each post.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're building a community for the customers who buy our software. Circle helped us create this community by giving us a space that is easy to manage and control. In just 1 month we were live. Their QBRs and community are also a great way to get additional inputs

 ### 13. Straightforward Monetisation and Highly Customisable Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

I've already used other plataforms to host my courses, and Circle was the easiest to implement, invite the students and configure everything. I use the members tab everyday and havent had any trouble.

Every doubt I had was quickly answered by the chat suport.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I dont have anything to complain about Circle.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey N. | Owner, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The platform organizes communities, content, and information in a really intuitive organized way that is to easy setup. The built-in event/RSVP features and community engagement tools are really useful too.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The onboarding setup, specifically with managing members as a community builder is a bit finicky with getting members first into the platform.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data organization and event/communications streamlining.

We are using it for the Maui Emergency Recovery Commission's (https://www.mauinuistrong.info/mauierc) Long Term Recovery Projects (https://www.mauirecovers.org/lahaina) for our economic recovery projects from devastating wildfires in 2023.

 ### 30. A Solid Platform to Create a Digital Space Without Building From Scratch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

That it can be a platform for your users if you're not able to make your own digital space from scratch (to my understanding and what I've seen so far)

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I don't find that many of our users like it

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not entirely sure, but it does provide a space for our users to interact and share resources since our company doesn't necessarily have an online space where users can interact with each other. Or a place for us to hose digital events.

 ### 31. Good with some details from improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It keeps everything centralized. Announcements, resources, after-call recaps — members know where to go. You're not juggling Slack, email, and three other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The private messaging. You can't send a message to multiple people at once — everything has to go one by one, manually. That alone is a huge time drain.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps client communication in one place — recaps, announcements, homework reminders. Members know where to find everything, which saves time and keeps onboarding clean. And compared to other platforms we've used, it's a lot more stable. Less glitches, fewer things falling through the cracks.

 ### 32. One of the best community building apps out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serena G. | Founder, community expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I’ve worked with a lot of community platforms, but Circle continues to stand out as one of the most progressive and responsive out there.

They truly listen to their users. Whether it's through feature requests, feedback loops, or creator support, Circle keeps evolving based on real needs, not just trends.

As someone who builds and supports communities every day, that kind of intentional product development makes a huge difference.

Grateful to be part of a platform that puts creators and community builders first.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I don't have anything bad to say. It's all good.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is solving some of the biggest headaches in the community-building space: scattered tools, clunky user experiences, and platforms that don’t actually prioritize creators.

Instead of piecing together multiple apps for events, content, forums, and messaging, Circle brings it all under one roof. That all-in-one setup saves me (and my clients) time, energy, and money. I highly recommend Circle for anyone building communities in the femtech or female-led space. It’s one of the few platforms I trust when it comes to safety, privacy, and creating spaces where women and non-binary folks can show up without fear of being silenced or targeted.

 ### 33. Highly User Friendly, Innovative - and Always Improving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The onboarding process, albeit challenging, allowed me for the first time in years, to think through and detail all components, the we have and also need, to elevate our community learning experience. The system is so user friendly, that after figuring out what needed to be in place, putting it in place was the easy part.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

In comparison from the Saas CMS system we have migrated away from, i don't have any major dislikes about circle so far.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has allowed me to uncluttered the tech side of our business, lose a fortune in developer support fees, and simplify our new customer onboarding process.

 ### 34. Circle is futureproof

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrizio S. | community manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

their roadmap always tackles the needs of community managers

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

a few minor but recurring bugs which make some modules unusable for a while

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A complete community manageemnt platform

 ### 35. Fast, Easy Community Search That Finds Posts in No Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I like the search feature that helps me easily find posts within the community in a timely manner

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I would like to be able to separate clients I have within the community. All my clients come from Teachable so being able to restrict their access within the community based on the product they bought would be very useful

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to provide support for my products in a manner that enables me to improve my product offerings over time

 ### 36. Overall good community platform, can be great only if payment integration is fixed.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Group Livestream and AI Capabilities are a unique value for us.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

A big minus - Stripe integration doesn't work in India, and Razorpay is not available with Circle.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us build ongoing engagement for our community with the data that we own.

 ### 37. Flexible Spaces for Every Use Case

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassia W. | Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The flexibility of each space to work for a variety of use cases.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The web builder is still very glitchy. Granted its a new feature in Circle. I'm sure they will fix it soon.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to build communities for my clients.

 ### 38. Easy to Navigate, Highly Customisable, Great Webinar Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

Very easy to navigate, user friendly. Very customisable, so it looks and feels like our own. Webinars are easy to organise and easy for guests to use as well. Getting set up was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Engagement metrics were basic when we first bought Circle in 2025, but are improving.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging with customers, sharing our insights easily with them too - library of resources. Helping us have a USP in the ESG SaaS space.

 ### 39. A community platform that grows with you

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Whatever your community, you can make your Circle community your own with many instances to customize to you, your brand, or organizations brand. With new developments and features being offered all based on other communities requests and feedback it allows you to have a say in what gets "built" next.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Every so often there is a tech problem and it takes support a bit long to respond when you have a customer/member waiting.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our members are learning, being coached, connecting, and joining events. This allows us more time to personalize and work with our members on their next step in their career and how to make themselves not only visible but in-demand.

 ### 40. Great Design, Fair Price, and Robust API Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick D. | Head of Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Its design, its price, and its robust API capabilities

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The video hosting component needs a bit of attention to really compete with Zoom's features.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to connect with customers -- and connect them with each other, too! Very easy launch and a beautiful platform in which to work.

 ### 41. I really like it but..

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasmine M. | Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Have a one hub for all products, everything in one place is a great tool so the community would complement the courses.

Events interface is premium really in design and functionality with all the reminders and their customization.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Checkout experience is not customizable.

There is no sneak-peek feature in the courses and they have little customization regarding access to course sections and lessons.

Also if a member returns to a drip course after their payment has failed, they would need to go through the whole course allover again, instead of continuing from where they left off.

Little to no customization for the lock screens of courses.

The live experience is very buggy and cuts off. Even circle team don't hold their big events on Circle live, and their lunch and learns cut off because of the buggy Circle Live feature.

Also in Circle live, I cannot create a permenant room that a certain group of members can hop on at any time.

Very little customization capabilities for the platform branding and style, especially with Arabic fonts and RTL orientation.

Lack of funnels that would help members upgrade from a tier to the other.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having multiple platforms for course and community is a hassle for clients, so having everything in one place helps manage everything from one place

 ### 42. Circle has engaged our travel agent community like no other product we've ever used.

**Reviewed by:** Rob S. | President of Creating Magic Vacations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Nothing comes to mind. We really love every aspect of the product.

It's keeping our travel agents engaged and focused on the success of the team.

 ### 43. Streamlined All-in-One Platform That Keeps Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I love that we can host everything on the same platform. We used to have to send people to multiple places, but now it's streamlined and simple.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Of course there's a learning curve, but we were able to navigate it quite quickly. Some things are not that intuitive but ultimately we've found it to be the right fit for us.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have multiple places to send people and now we have a streamlined system.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

With Circle, all the heavy lifting is done for you for community management, authentication, and hosting files/videos.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

You max out pretty quickly on what you can do with the automated plan, so there is a bit of a hiccup as you try to scale but aren't ready to commit to the larger plans.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting videos and courses off the Wordpress site.

 ### 45. I really enjoy the platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

the combination of course, community, and live component

It's all in one hub for what I offer.

 ### 46. Brilliant Platform for a Community

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The platform makes it easy to bring people together.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I dont like the Live room accessibility... On a Live room... I might have more then the limit of people on ready to comment on something or have a conversation and there is a limit.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is solving the problem to bring a community together digitally but not relying on other platforms.

 ### 49. Easy Workspace Organization with Separate Knowledge-Sharing Areas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I like how I can organize my workspace into specific separated areas. Each one can be some different space where I can share knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I'm still pretty know to this one, so there is not so much I can tell at this point.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general in our company it solves problems of scattered everywhere knowledge and how it was shared now. Currently interesting articles or general blog post are going to circle specific space.
