"Amazing community builder with powerful features"
What do you like best about Circle?

It's really easy to use, it has loads of excellent features that I find really valuable for my specific use case, and even though it can seem a bit pricey at first to start with if you're doing a startup the cost is really great for what you get and it has monetization tools to let you make income with your community quickly. What do you dislike about Circle?

There's nothing I really dislike about Circle, however I did find some tasks a little repetitive with setting up my community like having to manually set certain settings for each individual space instead of just being able to copy them into all of the spaces I want to at once. "A Nightmare for Growing Startups and Serious Companies"
What do you like best about Circle?

Not much. its lack of scalability, support, and control over notifications makes it unfit for growing or more serious companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

We’ve been using Circle for our platform's community, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst decisions I’ve made for GoldCare. Despite being on the Enterprise plan, Circle’s support is non-existent. Every issue, including important notifications that spam our members, gets delayed responses. We’ve experienced multiple occasions where Circle’s platform has sent an overwhelming number of emails to thousands of our members due to event changes—something that should never happen, especially with all notification options turned off.

There’s zero control, and the worst part is the complete lack of transparency or accountability. When I reached out to support, their response was sluggish and lacked real solutions, with vague promises about potential fixes that never materialize.

It’s incredibly frustrating that, after several attempts to manage notification settings, we continue to lose customers because of Circle’s poor service and extreme limitations. For a company that claims to support serious organizations, Circle is a complete disaster. I can’t afford this kind of risk for a growing business. Avoid at all costs.
