ChexPass is Bchex’s visitor management and identity check-in software designed to help organizations manage on-site access with speed, accuracy, and confidence. The platform replaces paper sign-in logs and manual front-desk processes with a secure, digital visitor workflow. ChexPass supports contactless check-in, kiosk or tablet-based entry, automated ID scanning, and customizable screening steps based on an organization’s safety and compliance needs. Teams can track who is in the building in real time, maintain accurate visitor records, and streamline front-desk operations across one or multiple locations. ChexPass is used by schools, nonprofits, and businesses to improve visitor accountability, reduce risk, and create safer facilities.
