Chex365 is a continuous background monitoring platform built by Bchex, a national leader in background checks and workplace safety since 1995. It helps organizations stay aware of potential risks after a background check is completed by automatically monitoring criminal records and other relevant sources and alerting administrators when new information is identified. Instead of relying on one-time screenings, Chex365 provides ongoing visibility into employee and volunteer status through a simple dashboard where administrators can track monitoring activity, review alerts, and maintain organized records. This helps organizations respond quickly when changes occur and maintain consistent screening practices. Used by schools, nonprofits, and businesses, Chex365 improves safety and reduces manual effort by automating the ongoing monitoring process. Continuous monitoring ensures that screening does not stop after hiring or onboarding, giving organizations greater confidence in their workforce and volunteer programs.
