What do you dislike about Checkmate?

The reporting functionality could be a bit more detailed/customisable, especially for businesses that want deeper insights or to tailor compliance outputs. Occasionally there can be minor delays when external verifications depend on third parties, but that’s not unique to Checkmate – it’s just the nature of background checks. Instead of getting stuck in the cycle of phone tag with referees, I can simply provide candidate details and let Checkmate do the work.

What do you like best about Checkmate?

Very easy and seamless system, Customer support and client management interaction is fantastic. They do an excellent job of putting resource behind their product to ensure their are not delays in checks due to user or document upload error's rather than waiting for issues to be raised. We had a few speedbumps during the integration process, this delayed our ability to get up and running. However, we got there in the end!
