The software has ensured collaboration with other teams effortlessly. It is easy to create and implement in number of scenarios. It also gets integrated inside the ServiceNow modules easily and gets saved automatically. It's compatible with all tables incuding scoped applications. Levels are also availaible in this, so we can easily create rules which users are liable to complete given steps of checklist. **What do you dislike about CheckList Pro?** Intially learning curve can be tedious for some and requires a pro user or admin to configure. **What problems is CheckList Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It resolves the unreliability of ootb ServiceNow checklists by providing admins with robust controls over creation, editing and closure. ### 3. Its very easy to create a list that custom to a project and share with others on the same project. The history logs and user assignment are pretty great too. Its easy to understand the tasks at a granular level that have been addressed. **What do you dislike about CheckList Pro?** There's not much to be not appreciating of CheckList Pro. It can have a smoother interface for multi user capabilities specifically when dealing with lists that are being used and managed by multiple people across functions. **What problems is CheckList Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** CheckList Pro has helped shape better processes for dealing with creating, editing, and organizing checklists, across a big team, with multiple touchpoints. ### 4. Having Checklist Pro allowed us to rapidly build a configurable solution that was intuitive to our users and securely captured the evidence needed for our audits **What do you dislike about CheckList Pro?** It would have been nice for the organization to have acquired this product earlier to solve the Oracle Financials Access Problem **What problems is CheckList Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to having Checklist Pro, our Oracle Financials team managed roles & responsibilities through emails and spreadsheets and only through resource intensive efforts by the team to keep the process working. The Checklist Pro solution was built quickly and provided an intuitive and secure way to approve authorized access and provide the necessary evidence capture for audit support. ### 9. Checklist Pro. This allows for much greater transparency and measuring of progress for tasks that would otherwise appear to be inactive (NOTE – work notes are nice, but that data is unstructured and not reportable). Also, the concept of “Required” vs “Optional” checklists allows us to enforce that work activities are being done. **What do you dislike about CheckList Pro?** Nothing at all.
