**What do you like best about Chatwith?**

It's functionality is insane, I've experience using a lot of other chat bots - Re:tune; SupportBoard, MagicForm, Answerley, etc. In my experience, ChatWith is the GCBOAT (Greatest Chat Bot of All Time)!

I use ChatWith to build custom chatbots for clients, including connecting to LinkedIn. Their API makes it easy to integrate to practically any open messaging channel or any system.

Creating conversations is a breeze and training is so simple to do. The custom Actions are really the game changer, where the chatbot can call any system to get data or send to, such as lead profile data, calendar availability, and more. The teams functionality means giving access to customers is a cinch.

The deal limits in this are generous (unlimited chat bots, BYOK) so i'll never run out of opportunities.

However, Rafal IS the difference - he gets support and innovation. Everytime there's been an issue, he's resolved it within a matter of days (mainly API led).

Thank you for bringing this epic solution and support to the world!

There is literally nothing I dislike about ChatWith. I've provided some innovation ideas to Rafal but that is it.

Chatwith is helping me create a new business by providing AI agents to handle chat, SMS and calling all in a packaged solution
