This feature is very handy and allows us to avoid manual un-following work that would be needed to avoid issues.

Would like the interface to recommend rules based on analysis of current records followed.

I recommend this to anyone that needs to avoid manual un-following work  due to custom code/process issues.

**What problems is Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of users been auto-followed on too many records, which prevents them from using some of our custom built processes. The benefits are the users, dont run into those issues and can continue working and submitting internal cases without issues.

**What do you like best about Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed?**

For companies that rely and use Chatter all day and every day this is a good way to keep the chatter wall clean.  We have requirements that our staff follow accounts and opportunities they are assigned to.  But once they are off those accounts then they don't need to follow them.  Oftentimes they forget to unfollow and as a result their wall gets full of items not relevant. Chatter Unfollow helps a bunch with that.

Its a bit clunky when working with multiple objects

Its free.  If you don't like it or if it doesn't meet expectations you can uninstall it.

**What problems is Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is perfect for unfollowing opportunities and accounts after certain stages of the lifecycle of the account.  Really helps with the 500 limit rule.  This will help in keeping chatter walls clean.

Chatter allows us to commuhnicate not only within our organization but with suppliers and customers at the same time. 

**What do you dislike about Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed?**

Chatter still seems to be relatively new and some features do not translate to our "social media" site calmed Elo

**What problems is Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to think outside the box and customize our communication experience for each client and each relocating employer.

you can remove specific leads with the 55 and unfollow contacts without the email address

**What do you dislike about Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed?**

The unfollow closed cases almost 10 days after they're closed. I think you should now be able to remove followers less than $1,000

**What problems is Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targeting bigger leads. Concentration is better with bigger contacts, cases and leads.
