**What do you like best about Chart Links?**

I really like the scheduling feature! It allows me to view my schedule electronically at a glance without having to use a planner, which was what I was doing when I was working for the city and county. Chartlinks lets you know went patients have arrived. It is very convenient to have all patients' information in one secure location.

**What do you dislike about Chart Links?**

I dislike the aesthetics. It is not appealing to the eye, which makes it harder to interact with the database. It looks like an old database, not modern. The colors of the database makes me feel quite tired since everything seems to bleed into each other. 

**Recommendations to others considering Chart Links:**

I would recommend ChartLinks to update the user interface to make it more appealing to the eye thus it is easier to use. It will be a convenient feature to add instant message directly onto the platform thus providers can interact with one another with ease. 

**What problems is Chart Links solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use chartlinks for clinical documentation and billing as well as collecting patient demographics. It is convenient to have electronic health records and chartlinks is fairly easy to use. I like that the database can analyze the patients' info thus providers can better see who are the high users.
