
The best support team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m usually a stressed entrepreneur, and to have 24/7 support especially after hours and on the weekends is just incredible. They’re very fast in responsiveness, thorough and have been able to handle every request even last minute ( a few hours before chargeback deadline ). Sometimes the templates are generic and also I wish they can just extract the customer communication so I dont have to manually extract it as a pdf and download it because ill miss the deadline sometimes ( With scale its difficult to keep track of) so if the templates for other than fraudulent can be more tailored to the specific customer per their communication emails, I believe we will have a higher rate of winning chargebacks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
