**What do you like best about ChargeDesk?**

Very reliable, and easy to use, it's fast, integrates with PayPal and Stripe.

**What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?**

No ApplePay / Google Pay / Microsoft Pay support at this time.

We use ChargeDesk to charge customers within our customer service software.

**What do you like best about ChargeDesk?**

The Chrome extension is superb. The whole team use it, we use it every day.

**What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?**

It can be a little fiddly trying to find items.

**What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now our whole team can issue refunds and create new charges for customers to pay, we don't have to wait for accounts. This then syncs through stripe to Xero - perfect!

**What do you like best about ChargeDesk?**

Really speeds up my customer support inside Zendesk

**What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?**

Needs to integrate with authorize.net and more payment gateways.

**What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a way to refund charges and cancel subscriptions inside Zendesk. Also like the email receipts and billing support pages which reduce my customer support.
