What do you dislike about Chargebee? Many options can only be used globally instead of on a case by case basis. Refunds can take multiple steps. Reporting revenue is lacking. Support doesn't always know the answers when you have problems. The search feature needs to be more refined. You can't edit an item description on an invoice.
