**What do you like best about ChannelEngine?**

Various options for integration. I do not need to switch the platform I am using for hyprid sales. For any industry I was looking forward to do sales, it offered me a visibility to place my product/s with the system I already have in place.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

Complexity, as I try to run everything solo and lack technical resources, it was difficult to start with. As of today it seems quite straightforward but in the beginning I found the platform difficult. Customization of the product feed can offer more tailored options to stand out.

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, I can reach to more markest using ChannelEngine. On the other hand, to operate everything manually is a hussle to every administrator, I like how minimal the operation part is in ChannelEngine and how big you can get if you use it properly.

CE is extremely user-friendly and simplifies the rapid integration of new marketplaces. Its extensive features support a wide range of channels, making implementation and daily use seamless. CEs exceptional customer support treats us like partners, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

While CE integrates well with various platforms, it lacks robust export functions for attributes and mapped categorizations. Enhancing these features would greatly improve data management and analysis.

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChannelEngine streamlines our multichannel retail by consolidating product and order management across various marketplaces, reducing operational complexity. It integrates and standardizes e-commerce data from multiple internal sources, ensuring accurate and real-time updates on product listings, prices, and inventory. ChannelEngine's smart rules allow us to modify internal content dynamically to suit each marketplace's specific requirements, significantly enhancing flexibility and optimization. The AI-based automatic attribute mapping is a game-changer, saving us substantial time by automating complex data mappings. Additionally, we are eagerly anticipating the upcoming AI-based categorization feature, which promises further efficiency improvements. This comprehensive approach saves time, minimizes errors, and supports efficient scaling of our online presence.

**What do you like best about ChannelEngine?**

Easy to integrate with many different channels such as different marketplaces or Shopify. It really becomes the central place of channel management where you can easily load and implement product feeds, map attributes and push them. If something goes wrong an error notification per product helps you out to easily find the issue at hand that you should fix. Also easy to contact customer support (personally I like to call) which has extended knowledge and is always keen to check out issues with you. All in all, great integrator to use on a frequent basis.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

Some downsides to using Channel Engine are the duration of new features to be released and that sometimes service can be slow.

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to connect with marketplaces from 1 central spot, integration with Shopify and ability to manage different CE accounts for different clients without a hassle. This solves the issues of the difficulty to manage different marketplaces at once (especially product data) but also to manage all orders. This also gives the ability to use the statistics to gain easy insights of overall marketplace performance.

I've been using ChannelEngine for a while now, we use it everyday, and its true strength lies in its seamless integration with a wide range of marketplaces across different countries. The ability to create product selections and apply filters is incredibly convenient, making it easy to manage your product catalog effectively. ChannelEngine has an exceptional customer support. Whenever I've encountered issues or had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and provide effective solutions. This level of support is a valuable asset, especially when dealing with complex marketplace integrations.

There are some areas that could be improved. One significant drawback is the absence of master rules, which leads to the need for numerous price rules, making pricing management quite time-consuming. It may not be the best fit for small businesses looking to connect just a couple of marketplaces with a limited product inventory.

Great customer support, easy to change content

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

The platform is missing a lot of desired features. For example: 
1. Not a lot of reports are to be exported (downloads in excel files), with focus on the statistics. 
2. I dislike how you cannot filter the dashboard on the marketplaces used; active or inactive, on alphabetic order. 
3. What is also missing, is the option to filter on brand, stock, price etc. IN GENERAL within the products. (you can only filter on products after selecting a channel). 
4. The tool is also very error-sensitive. For example when you want to apply discounts. Everything needs to be 100% correct otherwise major errors could occur.

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only sporadically when problems according to product content, delivery times etc. occur. Great customer service! However, when I have a request or suggestions for the tool itself, nothing happens.

The fact that we can connect a lot of marketplaces through one system. The accountmanager that is always really helpful to look for solutions.

The speed of problem solving. Some tickets are open for weeks and there is no sollution. As a inspirational group we need a better solution for variants on marketplaces.

Ease of connecting to more marketplaces. Giving me insights on the sales and data of all marketplaces together, but also the ability to filter for certain marketplaces. Map content in an easy way, make selection of the big assortment per marketplace.

Sometimes the portal is slow or even does not function anymore. Then you have to login again.
Customer Support is only available through mail. It takes longer that questions are being answered.

Channel Engine helps to be on many Marketplaces and can be controlled from one Portal. It saves me a lot of time and I have a simple overview of all Marketplaces.

ChannelEngine is an intergrator that has a lot of marketplaces intergrated in there platform. Big mainstream and small nice platforms are al there. This is great for a specific products.

With ChannelEngine you will get an personal account manager. The account manager will chat with you frequently and will help you to implement new solutions the best way.

ChannelEngine has a lot of marketplaces what makes it difficutl to be up-to-date with all of them. They should prioritize the makretplaces and should keep the most importent one up-to-date at all time.

We can work with 1 system to have all our products in multiple marketplaces.

For an optimal process, it is desirable that specific business processes align with ChannelEngine. This is not the case for all organizations

**What do you like best about ChannelEngine?**

ChannelEngine is really great as a marketplace integrator. It offers a lot of options and integrations with different European marketplaces and works great with our API solutions. I have to commend their customer support and support team as well, they do an incredible job of offering us assitance.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

ChannelEngine definitely can get complicated really quickly. There are so many options and settings to take into account, that it can get overwhelming. The only downside is the Amazon integration, but that's only half to contribute to ChannelEngine, because the Amazon API is a mess to work with anyway.

**Recommendations to others considering ChannelEngine:**

Definitely contact the people over at ChannelEngine, their support team is one of their biggest assets.

It connects our Product Information System to the marketplaces and pushes the content through easily. The mapping makes it very scaleable to add new products without having to configure everything again.

With ChannelEngine, it is possible to connect to various marketplaces at lightning speed and thus achieve ambitions. The employees at CE are always willing to help and they always look for the right solution. I would definitely recommend the product.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

There is always room for improvement. Setting a launch date, receiving a notification when mandatory changes need to be made in the mapping, or pop-ups for important updates. These are some examples, but from experience, this is taken seriously and I am sure that they listen. Hopeful for the future with CE!

Time and convenience are certainly taken out of your hands by ChannelEngine.

The software is intuitive and their help scout (which is a dedicated webpage with a lot of useful information and tips about their software) is very helpful to solve problems independently. Advanced mapping options enable us to make sure our content will fit the template of each marketplace we are selling on. ChannelEngine builds its software around its customers and not vice versa. Their support is excellent and they are always open to new features and ideas from their customers.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

The software can be sluggish/slow when used with many products (we have over 400,000 products).

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We only had to build one API integration, which is the integration between our system and ChannelEngine. All integrations with the marketplaces we sell on are being established and maintained by ChannelEngine, which saves us a lot of time and resources.

The intergration to CE went very smoothly. The tool provides a lot of features that work as designed. Also, the possibility to use advanced ruling when mapping attributes to products offers extra flexibility. Furthermore, CE can provide the necessary support when needed. They have committed employees who can think towards solutions when experiencing problems.

Turnaround time of small changes sometimes takes too long, therefore in some cases not even necessary anymore.

I like the fact that ChannelEngine is very userfriendly due to the intuitive setup. Also the integration was done in a verry short period of time. The support is Okee and we exually don't need it to often because most of the time everything works.

It would be great if they have more connections with relevant marketplaces. They already have many connections, but there is still room for growth.

We use ChannelEngine as an integrator. To transmit realtime data / stock info / orders / for mapping article data so that we can easily bring a big width assortment on the marketplaces in no-time.

In one place you can find so many marketplaces to list your products. The platform is very easy to use, has a lot of nice features like repricing, products mapping, API integration.

there is nothing to dislike! any issue I had, they found a solution.

Besides the marketplaces you currently need, consider to tell ChannelEngine what are your future plans in terms of new marketplaces and countries you want to address. They can prioritize their wip projects for you.

Besides the technical aspects, we get support in contacting the right people from each marketplace. Time to market is incredible low!

**What do you like best about ChannelEngine?**

The level of configuration and automation is best of class. As good as everything which is supported by an API of a marketplace is supported. I has a very intuitive interface and once you get the hang of it you can navigate and work with very comfortably. It supports a load of marketplaces and is fully integrated with all our other tools out-of-the-box. The success and support team is very competent and tenacious. It's a pleasure to have them as a guide.

**What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?**

Everyone is working as hard as possible towards getting you where you want. However, the demand seems higher than the offer meaning they are not that responsive. It's not a lack of care nor a question of giving it their all. They just have to much work and not enough people.  The second dislike is the greatest weak spot for the genre, is the dependency of the market places. There is just so much they can do but in the end it's up to the market place to work with, report on it, treat it, publish it, ... Just setting expectation right between the commercially set expectation and the reality. Don't get me wrong, tough you loose some control versus the admin interfaces (not all features are supported, like Amazon html tags in descriptions), the gain you get from the automation is worth ten times what you loose.

**Recommendations to others considering ChannelEngine:**

Channel Engine nor any of their competitors will not solve all your issues with marketplaces and is not quick nor easy to get right in a complex environment (multibrand and multilnguage). We were helped adequately and advised correctly, but it is not been quick and easy. Without their help, we would have not been able to set it up the right way. In the end it is still the market places who are king. If the API does not support it or the some A to Z company is acting unresponsive, Channel Engine has little to no added value. They are not affiliated with the market places and don't have a direct connection with them. This is for full automation and once setup it just works!

**What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our logistics have been streamlined as Channel Engine handles the order process between market places and our e-commerce biotope. This assures us the orders are processed correctly and stock levels are always up to date.
