Certific is a patient communication and engagement platform that enables asynchronous communication between patients and their healthcare providers. Patients can contact their clinician upload images and videos, use smart medical questionnaires to help to describe their concerns, access medication management, and book and manage appointments. Certific relies on clinical algorithms to classify the information and present it in an organised manner. This enables prioritisation of patient queries by determining risk factors and saves the clinical team time on administration and note-taking. Certific has task management capabilities, allowing optimising schedule management and efficiency to the provider whilst providing an excellent patient experience and overview of patients' medical history.
